Logistics Coordinator/Logistics Administrative Assistant

What we offer

  • Direct contract with our partner Inrada;
  • Gross monthly salary between € 2,750 & € 3,850 based on 40 hours per week (depending on age and experience);

  • 26 vacation days based on full-time

What we ask

  • Completed MBO4 (or HBO) education;
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role;
  • Experience with an ERP package, such as Exact, is an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language (speaking, writing and reading);
  • Living within reasonable traveling distance of Schiedam.
About work
As a Logistics Coordinator/Logistics Administrative Employee at Inrada in Schiedam you will work in a small-scale and close-knit team of 9 colleagues. Your role is crucial for the smooth running of logistics processes.

Here is a selection of your tasks:

  • The purchasing administration (processing and booking of invoices);
  • Support work preparation (administrative support of preparations for production);
  • Supervising material flows (managing both internal and external material flows);
  • Order monitoring (monitoring and following up on upcoming and current orders);
  • Workshop planning (drafting and maintaining the planning for the workshop);
  • Customer contact (maintaining contact with customers worldwide).

In terms of software, we work with the MS Office package and Exact Online. It is nice if you already have experience with this. In your role as Logistics Coordinator/Logistics Administrative Employee you have to deal with different departments, such as sales, workshop and management.

Inrada in Schiedam is a specialist in the design, production, installation and maintenance of tailor-made hydraulic control systems. They do this for the offshore, maritime and industrial sectors. From request to installation, Inrada arranges everything in-house and likes to think along with their customers. They have their own production facility where they assemble and test. They are also responsible for service and maintenance on location. There is an open, flat culture within Inrada . For example, colleagues play darts enthusiastically during the break and there is a drink on Friday. They regularly go on fun outings with the team.

Project Engineer

As a project engineer you will be responsible for translating client specs into a cost effective design using 3D software (Inventor) and providing the client with the required documents and other vendor data.

Project Manager

You will play an important role in the proposal engineering of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment during the commercial phase of the project. After closing the order you handle the project from design to delivery and commissioning. Therefor some hydraulic or pneumatic related experience would be beneficial but is certainly not mandatory.

Office Manager

This is a job for anyone who wants to become a genuine jack of all trades. As our business is growing we foresee the need for assistance in processing invoices (both client and supplier), procurement and logistics, project document control and overall office management.

Because of the future diversity of this job we cannot expect someone to master all the elements mentioned at the same time so want to take time to teach you the tricks of the trade gradually.
